La casa del Arzipreste I (Casa del Cura, Casa del Ama)
La Casa del Arzipreste I and II (4* and 5*) are two beautiful maragata houses built in 1774, which have been rehabilitated with bio-construction criteria and materials. In their gardens and courtyards, calm and harmony reign. Inside, restored antique furniture coexists with works of modern art. Both houses have all the comforts that today’s traveller needs, including the necessary supports to travel with children (cribs, bathtubs, seats, etc.) The construction materials used in the rehabilitation of Las Casas del Arzipreste are natural, and have been reviewed and approved under strict bio-construction criteria. We have recovered the traditional ones of the zone (stone, wood, mud, straw, lime, Arabic tile,…), and we continue restoring and improving our Houses using only products with ecological certification (paintings, mortars, plasters, treatments of the wood, etc.).
Thanks to this we keep our Houses free of chemical and/or toxic products. the rehabilitation of La Casa del Arzipreste was carried out:http://www.acupoftea.es/rural.htmlDel the same way, the products that are used for the cleaning and casting of both Houses are natural, or they have ecological certification. This allows guests to stay at La Casa del Arzipreste I and II who require special environmental conditions due to health problems such as allergies, asthma, intolerance to chemicals, SQM, fibromyalgia, electrosensitivity, etc. We offer daily cleaning on demand, and 24-hour service from our staff (consult rates for additional cleaning and laundry), Internet access, but not by wifi, as we try to keep La Casa del Arzipreste free of harmful radiation.
